OnSite Service for your equipment costs a minimum of a $50 Truck Roll fee. To meet this minimum both of the following conditions must be met: |

A. Pay the Truck Roll fee in advance via credit card over thephone. |
| B. The technician must leave his current location travel to your home and return to the office in less than 1 hour. Out and back in less than 60 minutes. Thats it. |
The Truck Roll fee must be paid in advance via telephone credit card payment. Hourly labor charges are presently $80/per hour billed at quarter hour intervals.
